Pickmeup Transport is a company specifically designed to allow its users to have access to Taxi and logistic transport services, by means of its mobile application and website. It allows users to sign up and immediately receive access (once the sign-up criteria is met) to a personal dashboard where they can begin utilizing the company’s services. There are two types of users and two types of drivers.
Traditional transport has become a safety concern. Passengers using our product have full knowledge of the drivers who are picking them up. They can also see a profile picture of said person, their name, vehicle picture and license plate number, all before the driver arrives. Passengers are encouraged to cancel a ride once the license plates on the app and the driver’s licensed plates do not match upon arrival.
Drivers are briefed upon orientation and by company’s policy , to have cleared seats and trunk spaces, both internaland external of their vehicles cleaned and cleared of any inappropriate scents, upon switching on the app and beginning work once activated.
We understand that time is money and not all drivers have the luxury to have their vehicles cleaned professionally every day, but we do encourage our drivers to keep basic cleaning products on hand in their vehicle every day i.e., wet wipes, sanitizers etc. To allow immediate cleaning should an incident occur, that may cause discomfort to the passenger and also driver.

We partner with 3rd party contractors to help relieve drivers of the burden of not effectively monitoring their vehicle servicing. Once a driver enrols into the service the company tracks the health of their vehicles and follows up with their next schedule service.
All vehicles are inspected before enrolment into the system. There is a virtual enrolment process where drivers must submit primary documents e.g., picture of driver’s license etc. and a physical inspection, these checks consists of, tire wear and tear checks, condition of interior and seatbelt check, just to name a few.
We are focused to abide by the nation’s road regulations. Our app is equipped with a rating feature, where customers can rate drivers by means of 1-5 stars , 1 being poor service to 5 being excellent service. They can also report irresponsible drivers and drivers that driving reckless.
