We take pride in seeing all transactions being conducted in a professional manner. Our drivers are fully trained in managing customers packages by means of an orientation phase. Customers are also encouraged via app to upload specifications of their packages so their driver has the exact description of the package they are going to pick up, this is how they are notified to be fully prepared for any type of transporting of goods. should they need additional loaders the app allows their driver to be notified.
All our drivers are recorded and validated by the company through the sign-up process. We require all our drivers to submit all requirements to ad-here to the road/ traffic policies, laws and standards. We also require from each driver a certificate of character. We do this to ensure or drivers maintain the standards set by the company and customers can feel confident in their drivers assigned. Our app is also designed with a cancel feature where drivers can cancel and report an incident should it occur. Examples of these incidents are: 1. Customer location is not safe to pick up. 2. Customer packages does not match the information sent on the service order. 3. Driver feels threaten by customer, just to name a few
As we grow to enhance our customers experience in all areas. We emphasise on keeping the customers appointment times and dates. Our mobile app tracks each transaction from the customers requests to the completion of the process. The app also equip the driver with the customers location, items to pick up and any pertinent information needed to allow the driver easy pick-ups and deliveries. The customer also has a feature on their app that allows tracking of the drivers progress and push notifications of the entire process to their phone.
We take pride in being accurate in our transactions. To make this process effortless we utilize our database to keep records of each process placed in the app and website. The details assigned to each delivery consist of, packages images, length, width, height and weight of the packages, identification numbers or names just to name a few. This information is shared between the customer and driver and recorded for proper invoices to be sent out immediately after the delivery is made, via the app and email.
Due to the changes in livelihood with the pandemic, our company has made provisions for customers to request vaccinated drivers by preference. We allow all customers, vaccinated and non-vaccinated to use our service but all parties both drivers and customers, must ad-here to the Government of Trinidad and Tobago’s Covid-19 guidelines and regulations. We also encourage our drivers to sanitise their vehicles before and after pick-ups by prior briefing in their orientation period before validation into using the service.
